Who can use Aunesti

You must be 16 or older and invited by a studio, trainer or Aunesti. Your studio's use of Aunesti, including payment, is covered by its own agreement with us; if that agreement ends, your access through that studio may end too.

Your account

• Give true information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and devices secure, and don't share your account.
• Tell us right away at admin@aunesti.com if you think someone else has used it.

Health and safety

Aunesti is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor, physiotherapist or other health professional.

• Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a while.
• Tell your trainer about any injury, condition or medication that could affect your training.
• Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath.
• Use proper form, warm up, and choose weights you can handle safely.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose how and when to train, and you take part at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.

AI suggestions

Aunesti uses AI to suggest plans, log workouts and answer questions. AI can be wrong, out of date or not right for you. Trainers are expected to review AI suggestions before a client uses them. Don't rely on AI for medical decisions.

Studios and trainers

Studios and trainers are independent of Aunesti. They are responsible for the instruction, programs and sessions they provide, and for their own qualifications and insurance. Aunesti provides the software they use.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• break the law or anyone's rights, or harass, threaten or mislead others,
• upload anything harmful, or try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours,
• disrupt, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the app, or use bots to access it,
• use the AI to produce harmful content.

Your content

What you log and write stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it to the people your studio has given access, only to run Aunesti for you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Our app

Aunesti, its design and its software belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your account is open.

Availability

We work to keep Aunesti running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of Ontario, Aunesti is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury that results from exercise you choose to do, from advice given by a studio or trainer, or from relying on AI suggestions. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for our own gross negligence.

Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing admin@aunesti.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Your studio can also remove you.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and ask you to agree again in the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
